v2.1 patch for Wario Pill 2!

Changelog:

• An instruction card now shows up at during the second part of the Final Boss when standing on a Sonic Bong Station.
• I-Frames have now been added every time Wario Pill is killed.
• The camera is no longer jittery in the secret game.
• Kenny Bongs are now able to be killed by Cartman Pills. You bastards!
• The Happyweeds ammo and Super Drugs counters now have 4 digits and 2 digits respectively, instead of 3 and 3.
• Minor bug fixes.
