v1.1 update for Wario Pill 1!

Wario Pill 1 gets an update after the sequel gets a patch? Never heard of that!

I decided to release a very small update for Wario Pill 1 in order to make it on par with it's inclusion as a secret in Wario Pill 2, and also for optimizations sake. Play now, I guess!
